Lanshiuon Company produces three main types of diaphragms: for pumps, valves, and rupture disc assemblies. In diaphragm production, we utilize high-density, high-strength, and high-toughness polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filler material.
For pneumatic diaphragm valves, designing the diaphragm to reduce pneumatic force may require more time. LanXuan Company has addressed this issue by incorporating a layer of rubber into the PTFE diaphragm to compensate for the lack of elasticity in PTFE. While the strength of rubber alone may be lower, we have added non-woven fabric to the rubber, enhancing its strength and toughness. The application of this technology in diaphragm production highlights our commitment to quality.
Our diaphragms are produced in a single operation within vacuum molds, providing higher quality in the diaphragm pump industry. Diaphragms are considered normal consumables in diaphragm pump operation. Diaphragms made solely of PTFE may experience abnormal cracking after use, whereas high-quality diaphragms may rupture normally after a period of time.
Before leaving the factory, diaphragms undergo high-toughness polymer testing to ensure that small specifications can withstand approximately 18,000,000 to 30,000,000 cycles, while large specifications can endure approximately 6,000,000 to 8,000,000 cycles.
