Traditional ball valve gaskets are installed between the valve body and the ball to provide sliding assistance during the operation of the ball valve. These traditional gaskets are mainly divided into two types: metal gaskets and non-metal gaskets. However, non-metal gaskets, when used for extended periods in high-temperature and high-pressure environments, tend to be easily damaged due to their lower strength and rigidity.

On the other hand, while metal gaskets can overcome the aforementioned shortcomings of non-metal gaskets, the friction between the metal gaskets and the ball makes both the gaskets and the ball prone to wear or damage. Additionally, these gaskets cannot be replaced individually; to maintain effective airtightness, the entire set of gaskets and the ball must be replaced. Clearly, neither non-metal nor metal gaskets can meet the requirements for sliding assistance or achieve extended gasket lifespan and convenient installation and removal. Furthermore, the manufacturing process for metal gaskets is more complex and time-consuming.

Invention Summary: Therefore, the primary objective of this invention is to provide a ball valve gasket structure that can offer sliding assistance, improve service life, and facilitate installation, removal, and manufacturing.
