Lip Oil Seal

PTFE Lip Seal Product Overview & Features

MG Series – Multi-Lip Design × Extended Lubrication Retention

Features a multi-lip sealing configuration integrated with return oil grooves to ensure continuous lubrication retention even under fluid-starved conditions. The primary lip delivers superior heat dissipation, while the high-hardness secondary lip provides robust resistance against harsh environments. Ideal for low-speed, heavy-load, hydraulic, and vacuum applications.

TC Series – Ultra-High Speed × Dry-Running × Low-Pressure Transmission

Engineered with a single-lip PTFE structure capable of reaching speeds up to 120,000 RPM. Designed for high-speed, non-lubricated (dry-running) operations, making it ideal for gearbox exteriors, air compressors, and equipment demanding clean, high-rpm environments.

BR Series – Self-Lubricating × Dust Exclusion × High PV Capability

Built with integrated dust-exclusion and oil-retaining lips, offering inherent self-lubrication and ingress protection against foreign contaminants. Engineered for long-duty cycles and oil-recirculation systems in gearboxes, pumps, and agitators, supporting PV ratings up to 200,000 and differential sliding pressures up to 250 PSID.

SR Series – Bi-Material Primary Lip × Eccentricity & Vibration Compensation

Combines the low-friction advantage of a PTFE front face with the resilient elasticity of a rubber backing. This hybrid construction effectively compensates for shaft runout, misalignment, and operational vibration, delivering highly reliable sealing in low-speed or dynamic oscillation environments.

NCN Series – Torque-Reduction Design × High-Pressure Sealing × Large Shaft Application

Specifically engineered for large-diameter shafts and machinery subject to high breakaway torque, significantly reducing initial startup resistance. Supports working pressures up to 1,000 PSID with adaptable speed ratings, making it suitable for compressors, hydraulic systems, and medium-to-low speed, heavy-duty mechanisms.

Recommended Applications Matrix:

  • MG Series:Heavy machinery, hydraulic cylinders, and long-term sealing in harsh, abrasive environments.
  • TC Series:Air compression equipment, ultra-high-speed rotating components, and low-pressure power transmission.
  • BR Series:Machinery requiring continuous oil recirculation, self-lubrication, and anti-dust contaminant protection.
  • SR Series:Shaft sealing subject to runout, misalignment, dynamic vibration, and high elasticity requirements.
  • NCN Series:Large shaft diameters, medium-speed startup, and high-pressure dynamic containment scenarios.

Advanced PTFE Lip Seal Engineering: Elevating Bearing Performance & Sealing Stability

Our metal-cased PTFE lip seals deliver an optimal balance between structural rigidity and sealing efficacy. Leveraging the inherent low friction and exceptional chemical inertness of PTFE, these seals maximize rotational efficiency while delivering quiet operation, leak-proof reliability, and robust pressure resistance—making them ideal for dry-running, high-speed, and aggressive media environments.

Dynamic Shaft Sealing Challenges & Material Engineering

o address frequent start-stop cycles and continuous long-duty operations, we have optimized the sealing contact geometry and offer a versatile material matrix—including PEEK, PTFE, and ceramic-filled compounds. These solutions are widely deployed in high-cleanliness environments across food processing, medical devices, and semiconductor manufacturing.

Reinforced Structural Design for Severe Environments

Engineered for corrosive gas exposure, high rotational speeds, and fluid-starved conditions, our designs incorporate oil-retaining lips and dynamic hydro-thread return grooves. This significantly enhances self-lubrication and heat dissipation, extending service life in unlubricated (dry) conditions while maintaining peak sealing integrity.

Thermal Optimization for High-Temperature Operations

Beyond selecting high-temperature resistant polymers, our engineering focuses on thermal expansion control and high thermal conductivity. This effectively prevents lip hardening and thermal degradation, ensuring stable operation in CNC power systems and machine tool spindles.

Material Versatility & Full Dimensional Customization

Available in single-lip or multi-lip configurations, with material options including glass-filled PTFE, PEEK composites, and FDA-compliant grades. We support customized steel/stainless steel outer casings and non-standard dimensions to meet the most extreme operating requirements.

Key Target Applications

  • Automotive & Powertrain Systems: High-performance shaft seals for engines, transmissions, and differentials.
  • Chemical & Corrosive Processing: Resistant to aggressive chemical penetration, preserving fluid purity.
  • Food, Pharmaceutical & Cleanroom Lines: Oil-free, temperature-resistant sealing with ultra-low particle generation.
  • Machinery & Industrial Automation: Vibration damping, leak prevention, and optimal lubrication retention.
