  • The Issue with Thin-Wall Designs: Traditional fittings feature thin walls. When exposed to long-term high-temperature environments, rapid heat conduction and sudden temperature fluctuations can significantly reduce mechanical strength, leading to a high risk of loosening or detachment.
  • Impact of Temperature Fluctuations on Sealing Performance: Temperature instability can cause dimensional changes, creating gaps at the joint between the fitting and the tube, which ultimately results in fluid leakage.

To address these pain points, LANSHIUON has implemented comprehensive technical advancements:

• Enhanced Mechanical Strength and Thermal Expansion Performance

LANSHIUON has increased the wall thickness of the NUT and the BODY to 3 times that of the TUBE, while optimizing the thread pitch to enhance the conversion of tightening torque. This ensures a rock-solid connection between the TUBE and the FITTING. Furthermore, our improved design leverages thermal expansion to make the NUT and BODY press against each other during temperature cycles. This prevents loosening caused by hot-and-cold fluctuations, effectively eliminating any risk of fluid leakage.

• Material Innovation (TFM)

LANSHIUON utilizes advanced TFM material, which offers ultra-high purity and exceptional chemical resistance. It perfectly meets the stringent high-purity molecular requirements of industries such as semiconductors, LCDs, EL chemistry, ultra-pure water (UPW), and high-purity water.   • Unified Wall Thickness Design (Cost-Effective Optimization): To optimize production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs, LANSHIUON utilizes a unified wall thickness design across both high-pressure and low-pressure product lines. By continuously improving and engineering the connection mechanisms, we ensure these fittings adapt seamlessly to various pressure conditions, making them highly versatile for a wide range of application scenarios.
  • BLACK-TFMBLACK-TFM Material and Specialized Applications: LANSHIUON offers specialized fittings fabricated from BLACK-TFM along with matching BLACK TUBE options. Specifically engineered for extreme high-pressure and high-temperature environments, this system supports heat-assisted tube flaring (hot flaring) to achieve high-efficiency, reliable connections. Conversely, in low-pressure or ambient temperature environments (up to 70°C), the fittings enable quick and effortless assembly, utilizing a precise torque-to-compression transition to firmly and securely lock the tube in place.
