In elevated-temperature environments, fluid connections are inherently susceptible to loosening and subsequent leakage caused by thermal cycling (expansion and contraction). To mitigate this industry pain point, LANSHIUON has optimized the mechanical integrity and thermal creep resistance of our fittings. By increasing the wall thickness of the NUT or BODY to three times that of the process TUBE and precisely engineering the thread pitch/count, we have reinforced structural stability. This robust design ensures the fitting assembly maintains its sealing torque during thermal expansion, successfully preventing fluid leakage and guaranteeing uninterrupted stability in critical fluid transmission.
